Ryan and I headed to Albertson's after his tumbling class yesterday since we were close to the store. I needed produce for next week's dinner menu and they had a good sale on lots that I needed. It was a very successful trip with a very well-behaved young man :-) Here is how we did:
newspaper: $1.00
2 Yobaby Meals 4-pk yogurt: $5.98 (I can only get these at Albertson's or Target so when I see them, I stock up as much as I can).
2 Crystal Farms cheese singles BOGO: $1.25 ea.
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse freeze dried pineapple: $.99 (for a very good little boy)
bananas: $1.99
2 green peppers: 2.68
2 red peppers: $2
4 large zucchini: $3.16
2 vidalia onions: $2.76
5 lb. bag potatoes: $2.99
Total before sales: $33.63
I paid: $26.01
23% saved. I can't really complain as produce can be expensive!
