Boy, it was a GREAT trip to Albertson's this month! We were totally out of meat so it was time to go hit the monthly meat sale. On our way into the store, we got a blessing. A man handed us his ad from the newspaper with a $5/$50 coupon and told us he didn't use it and we could have it! WOO HOO! We knew we would use it too. The other great thing about this trip it I was FINALLY able to find the YoBaby 3 in 1 Yogurt Meals (with fruit & veggies) 4 packs. Albertson's is the ONLY store around here that sells them it seems. Whole Foods has a coupon this quarter for them in their newsletter, but doesn't carry them in the store...weird! I've been all over this city looking for them and was thrilled to find them tonight. Orlando area fans, the Albertson's in Winter Springs is where I found the yogurt if you are interested for your little ones!
Here is how we did overall:
4 Progresso Soups: $1.00 each
2 4-packs YoBaby 3 in 1 Meals: $2.99 ea.
seedless grapes: $2.93
salad mix: $0.99
chicken breast: $7.90 ($1.88/lb. for boneless & skinless!)
chicken breast: $5.70
We bought a total of 7 lbs. of chicken.
BOGO center cut pork chops: $9.48.
The $7.34 pack was FREE! It was over 4 lbs. of pork.
B1G2 Free Petite Sirloin Steaks w/ in-ad Q: $19.87 total for 7 1/2 lbs. of steak.
That made it $6.62/pack!
We got the $19.24 pack and the $19.78 pack for FREE!
We used the $5/$50 Q from the ad.
Total BEFORE sales & Q's: $127.67
I paid: $51.85!
That's a 60% savings and I have meat for another month!
