Rite Aid trip (average of 83.88% savings)

After having to leave my cart to go back home for the $5 off coupons that I had forgotten (ugh!), I did pretty good at Rite Aid this week! I bought enough stuff (with 2 coloring books for Cam as fillers) to do 3 transactions. They were:

Transaction #1:
Huggies jumbo pack ($8.99-$1 VV Q-$1.50 MFQ=$6.49)
Aveeno lotion ($3.49-$1 in ad Q-$2 IP=$0.49)
Coloring book ($2.99)
Clean & Clear cleanser ($4.99-$1 in ad Q-$2 IP=$1.99)
-$5/$20 IP
=$7.96 OOP (70.33% savings)

Transaction #2:
Coloring book ($2.99)
Huggies jumbo pack ($8.99-$1 VV Q-$1.50 MFQ-$1 SCR=$5.49)
Mach 3 disposable razors ($5.99-$3 MFQ-$1 SCR=$1.99)
Lubriderm lotion ($4.29-$1 in ad Q-$2 IP=$1.29)
-$5/$25 IP
=$10.60 OOP
After SCR, total OOP=$8.60 (74.02% savings)

Transaction #3:
GE soft white long life light bulbs ($2-$2 SCR=FREE)
Theraflu ($4.99-$2 MFQ-$3 SCR=0.01 MM)
Contac ($4.99-$2 MFQ-$4.99 SCR=$2 MM)
Lubriderm lotion ($4.29-$1 in ad Q-$2 IP=$1.29)
Clean & Clear cleanser ($5.49-$1 in ad Q-$2 IP=$2.49)
-$5/20 IP
=$7.85 OOP
After SCR, total OOP=-2.14 (107.29% savings)

Why am I buying all of these Johnson & Johnson products? There is a rebate on coupons.com (see the left side bar) for $10 if you buy $30 worth of products. This shopping trip didn't get me to the $30, but after Target (see next post), I got it. I'll post separately about the rebate.

Stay tuned either today or tomorrow for details on the rest of my shopping trip. My morning 'rest time' is over, since Cora is awake, and Cameron will be soon to follow. Hope you enjoy your day!
